By purchasing a session, class pass, membership, course, workshop, or event with Sara West trading as Wild Soul / Wild Soul Studio (“Wild Soul”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy
​
As a small independent business, Wild Soul does not offer refunds for sessions, class passes, memberships, courses, workshops, events, or deposits once purchased.
Please ensure that you are able to attend before completing your booking.

Class Cancellations & Transfers
​
Single Classes
​
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time, or non-attendance for any reason, are not eligible for credit, transfer, or refund.
​
This policy supports the sustainability of the studio and helps ensure that spaces are used fairly.
Class Pass Policy
​
All class passes are:
• non-refundable
• non-transferable
• for use by the named client only
​
​
Pass Validity
​
Wild Soul class passes do not have an expiry date.
​
Classes purchased as part of a class pass remain available for use at any time while Wild Soul Studio continues to operate and the relevant classes remain part of the studio timetable.
​
Passes may be used at the client’s own pace according to availability within the class schedule.
​
​
No Cash Value
​
Class passes hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for monetary payment.
​
​
Studio Operation & Future Changes
​
Wild Soul reserves the right to modify pricing structures, class formats, class types, and pass structures as the studio evolves.
​
In the event that Wild Soul Studio permanently closes or ceases operations, any unused class passes will not be redeemable for monetary value.
​
Wild Soul will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of any significant operational changes where possible.
​
​
Courses, Sound Baths & Special Events
​
All courses, sound baths, workshops, retreats, and special events are non-refundable.
​
If you are unable to attend, at least 14 days’ notice must be given to be considered for a credit or transfer.
​
If your place can be filled from a waiting list, a transfer may be offered, however this cannot be guaranteed.
​
Replacement Participant
​
For courses or events, you may nominate another person to attend in your place.
​
Please provide their name, email address, and contact details in advance so arrangements can be confirmed.
​
​
Timetable Changes
​
Wild Soul reserves the right to change or amend the class timetable, teachers, class formats, or session times where necessary due to holidays, illness, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
​
Timetable changes do not entitle clients to refunds.
​
​
Cancellations by Wild Soul
​
If minimum numbers are not met, or circumstances beyond our control require cancellation, Wild Soul reserves the right to cancel or amend sessions or events.
​
In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered either:
• a credit toward a future session or event, or
• a full refund for that specific session or event
​
​
Responsibility for Attendance
​
Wild Soul is not responsible for missed sessions due to illness, transport issues, scheduling conflicts, holidays, or other external circumstances.

​
Disclaimer & Liability
​
Participation in all classes, sessions, and events is undertaken at your own risk.
​
Wild Soul accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during or after participation.
​
​
Medical Conditions
​
Group classes are not tailored to individual medical conditions or injuries.
​
If you have an injury, medical condition, or are pregnant, it is your responsibility to seek guidance from a qualified medical professional before participating.
​
By attending a class or event, you agree to release and hold harmless Wild Soul from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your participation.
​
​
Personal Responsibility
​
By attending classes at Wild Soul, clients confirm that they are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for their own wellbeing during practice.
