Wild Soul Strong isn’t designed for competitive lifting or high-intensity performance culture.

 

It’s a practice-led approach to strength — focused on building capacity, coordination, and confidence through intelligent loading and careful progression.

 

Sessions are challenging, but calm.

 

Strength is built deliberately, with attention to how it supports the rest of your life.

 

Training adapts as you do. As strength builds, the work progresses — always with clarity, never chaos.

You book into available Wild Soul Strong sessions via the online timetable, choosing what works best for you week to week.

FAQ

Can I try Wild Soul Strong before committing?​

​

Yes. If you’re new, the best place to start is with a Wild Soul Strong Drop-in Class Pass. Please arrive 5 minutes early for a brief personal check-in, then join a coached small-group strength session to get a feel for the Wild Soul Strong approach in your body.

Do I need any experience before joining?

​

Not at all. Most women start with little or no lifting experience. I’ll coach you through technique, form, and safe movement during your sessions, and you’ll pick things up quickly. You’ll never be left guessing what to do — I guide you every step of the way.

​

​

What should I wear?


Comfortable, breathable clothing that lets you move freely — think leggings, shorts, or joggers and a light top.

​

We train barefoot or in grippy socks, rather than shoes. Going barefoot helps strengthen the feet, improve balance and stability, and enhance proprioception — your body’s natural awareness of movement and position.

​

Training this way helps connect you more deeply to the ground beneath you, supports joint alignment, and builds strength from the feet upward.

​

If you prefer, you’re welcome to wear sticky or grip socks, but please leave outdoor shoes at the door — we keep the studio floor clean, calm, and connected to the earth beneath us.

​

What happens if I miss a session?

​

If you cancel a class more than 12 hours before it starts, your session credit is returned to your pass and you’re free to rebook another session.

​

If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, or don’t attend, the session will be deducted from your pass.

​

This policy keeps things fair for everyone and allows sessions to run smoothly with small group numbers.

​​

 

How do payments work?

​

Wild Soul Strong runs on the Wild Soul Strong Class Pass or Packs. Drop-ins, as well as 10 or 5 Class Packs are available to purchase. 

​

There is no rolling contract or automatic renewal. You simply purchase a new pass when you’re ready to continue.​​

​​

​

What if I’m nervous or haven’t exercised in a while?

​

That’s completely fine.

​

Wild Soul Strong is a focused, welcoming environment where women train at their own pace. Coaching is clear, respectful, and realistic — no pressure to keep up or prove anything.

It isn’t about shrinking your body or “earning” food.

All sessions are coach-led in small groups to ensure good technique, safe progress, and individual attention.

Drop in when it suits you.

5 Class Pass — £70
Flexible training at your own pace.
No expiry.

10 Class Pass — £130
For those building consistent strength over time.
No expiry.

All passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to class availability.

Wild Soul Strong Terms & Conditions
​

Wild Soul Strong operates using a flexible class pass system.

​

Classes can be booked using a single session, 5 class pass, or 10 class pass.

​

All passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and for use by the named participant only.

​

Pass Validity
​

Wild Soul Strong passes do not expire.

​

Classes purchased as part of a pass remain available for use while Wild Soul Studio continues to operate and Wild Soul Strong classes remain part of the studio timetable.

​

Passes may be used at your own pace, subject to class availability and the studio booking policies.

​

​

Booking & Cancellations
​

Spaces in Wild Soul Strong classes are limited to ensure a safe and well-coached environment.

​

If you are unable to attend a booked session, please cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the class start time.

 

Late cancellations or non-attendance results in the session being deducted from your pass.

​

​

Health & Participation
​

Wild Soul Strong sessions involve resistance training, strength development, and physical exercise.

​

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part.

​

If you have any injury, medical condition, or concerns that may affect your ability to participate safely, you should seek guidance from a qualified medical professional before attending.

​

​

Studio Changes
​

Wild Soul reserves the right to amend class schedules, session formats, pricing structures, or coaching arrangements where necessary.

​

Such changes do not entitle clients to refunds.

​

​

No Cash Value
​

Class passes hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for monetary payment.

Accessibility:

Wild Soul Studio is located on the first floor and is accessed via stairs only. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access at present, and attendees must be able to independently ascend and descend the stairway. If you have questions about access or whether a class is suitable for you, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Parking:
Car parking is available nearby, including Ward Park, Mill Street, and Castle Street (all within a 2-minute walk). On-street parking is limited. Please park considerately and avoid blocking driveways or garage access, out of respect for our neighbours.
