What to Expect We move through intelligent sequences that build strength and mobility while keeping you rooted in breath and presence. This isn't about pushing harder or achieving perfect poses - it's about moving with awareness and finding what serves your body that day. Options at every stage. Clear guidance. Space to breathe and feel. A practice that honours where you are while gently inviting growth. You'll leave feeling grounded, connected, and capable - not exhausted. This Is For You If: You want steady, sustainable practice that challenges you without overwhelming you. You're looking for yoga that supports your nervous system while building strength. You need movement that leaves you feeling calm and centred, not wired or depleted. This is the practice that anchors you - on the mat and in life. Please note: The studio is on the first floor accessible only via a set of stairs. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access available to the facilities and all users need to be able to independently ascend/descend the stairway.
