How We Train

Twice weekly small group sessions.


We work through strength stations, giving you time to focus on form, breathe, and progress at your own pace. No rushing. No competing. Just consistent, intelligent work.

Led by someone who gets it


Your coach is a qualified personal trainer, registered nurse with 20+ years experience, and a woman navigating the same realities you are - shifting hormones, changing energy, the demands of a full life. I bring both expertise and lived experience.

This isn't a gym where you're invisible or a boutique fitness class where you're performing. This is a small, supportive space where your body is respected exactly as it is.

What Strength Training Actually Does

 

For your bones:
Builds and maintains bone density, reducing your risk of osteoporosis and fractures as you age.

Increases lean muscle mass, which supports metabolic health and energy levels (especially crucial during perimenopause and menopause).

✓ 8 coached sessions per month (twice weekly for 4 weeks)
✓ All equipment provided - dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, everything you need
✓ Expert coaching from a qualified PT and nurse who understands women's bodies
✓ Small group environment (maximum 8) where you're seen and supported
✓ Progressive programming designed to build sustainable strength over time
✓ A space where you belong - no judgement, no comparison, just consistent support

Accessibility

Wild Soul Studio offers trauma-informed movement practices to support nervous system regulation and embodied wellbeing. These classes complement but do not replace mental health treatment or medical care. If you're experiencing acute mental health symptoms, please seek support from a qualified mental health professional.

Whilst it is our aim to make yoga as accessible to as many bodies as possible, all of our facilities are on the first floor. Unfortunately as a small business, we are not yet in a position to be able to offer wheelchair access or access to our facilities to those people with bodies unable to independently ascend/descend the stairs.
