Service Description

Yoga for the wild and tender parts of you. Our Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, embodied practice that works with the whole human — body, breath, and awareness. Classes begin close to the ground, taking time to arrive: feeling into the body, finding the breath, and establishing a sense of presence. From there, the practice builds — strong, steady, and fluid — inviting both effort and ease. This is movement rooted in awareness, not force. What to expect Through grounded postures and mindful transitions, you’ll cultivate strength, balance, coordination, and trust in your body. Sequences are dynamic and warming, designed to challenge you without tipping into strain. Within the effort, there’s always space to soften, listen, and adjust — honouring both capacity and sensitivity. Strength here is responsive rather than rigid. Rooted, not forced. You’ll be offered options throughout: opportunities to explore more challenge, or to modify and keep things simple, depending on what your body needs on the day. Breath and movement stay closely linked, keeping the practice anchored and present. This practice may be for you if… * you want to feel strong and soft, without having to choose * you enjoy dynamic movement grounded in awareness * you’re looking for a practice that challenges the body while supporting steadiness * you want movement that helps you feel more centred when life feels full or chaotic This is a space to meet both vitality and vulnerability — without performance or pressure. On the mat, you’re invited to remember that you can be powerful without being hard. Strong without becoming rigid. How you’ll leave Warmed. Grounded. More at home in your body. Practical note on access Please note: the studio is located on the first floor and is accessed via stairs only. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access at present, and attendees must be able to independently ascend and descend the stairway.
