Service Description

Looking for a truly unique and nourishing group experience? Whether you're planning a soulful hen party, a team wellbeing day, or simply gathering your favourite people for something special, our Private & Group Sound Baths offer deep relaxation, shared connection, and a chance to reset — together. Hosted in our peaceful, candlelit studio in the heart of Bangor (or brought to your location), these immersive sound journeys blend ancient healing traditions with the science of nervous system regulation. As your group settles onto soft airbeds, wrapped in blankets, you’ll be held in a sacred space of rest and renewal. We use a carefully curated range of therapeutic instruments — including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and our powerful 32" Paiste symphonic and Earth gongs — to guide you into a meditative state where tension melts away, and presence returns. From a scientific perspective, sound baths help slow the brainwaves and activate the parasympathetic nervous system — reducing stress, calming the mind, and supporting emotional balance. On a soul level, they offer a beautiful opportunity to journey inward, release what’s heavy, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Each private session includes time for herbal tea and gentle conversation afterward — whether that's a grounding integration circle or simply space to share and connect. Perfect for: Corporate wellness sessions Soulful hen parties Friendship circles or spiritual gatherings Creative or wellness team retreats Burnout recovery & stress support for teams Let us hold the space. You just arrive, lie back, and let the sound carry you. This experience is available for groups up to 10 people. Just drop an email to book! Please note: The studio is on the first floor accessible only via a set of stairs. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access available to the facilities and all users need to be able to independently ascend/descend the stairway.
