Sometimes you need space to move at your own pace, explore without eyes on you, and receive the kind of attention that's only possible one-to-one. Private sessions offer deeply personalised support for your body, your nervous system, and exactly where you are right now. What Makes Private Sessions Different Complete personalisation Every session is designed specifically for your body, your needs, and what you're working with - whether that's chronic tension, injury recovery, building strength, or simply needing space to regulate without the presence of a group. Therapeutic focus With my background as a registered nurse, massage therapist, and trauma-informed yoga teacher, I can work with complex bodies and nervous systems. This isn't just yoga instruction - it's therapeutic movement tailored to you. Your pace, your practice No keeping up with a class. No feeling behind or self-conscious. Just space to explore, rest, strengthen, or simply breathe - whatever your body needs that day. Undivided attention I can see what your body is telling me, adapt in real-time, and offer hands-on adjustments (with consent) or supportive touch that helps you find ease in poses. Private Sessions Are Perfect For: Focussing on your own journey Building confidence before joining group classes Deepening your practice with focused attention Navigating perimenopause or menopause with movement support When you need regulation work but group settings feel overwhelming Developing a sustainable home practice Anyone who simply prefers a quieter, more intimate setting What a Session Might Include No two sessions are the same. I'll meet you exactly where you are. Some days that means working on strength, alignment, and building capacity. Other days it means being held in restorative postures, supported by props, essential oils, and calming sound. We might explore breath work to regulate your nervous system. Movement sequences tailored to release your specific tension patterns. Stillness practices when your body needs deep rest. This is your time. Your body. Your practice. Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions By purchasing a session, membership, or course with Sara West trading as Wild Soul (“Wild Soul”), you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms: Refund Policy As a small business, Wild Soul cannot offer refunds for sessions, courses, or deposits. Cancellations and Transfers Yoga Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations after this time are not eligible for credit or transfer. This policy supports the sustainability of the studio and helps ensure that spaces are used fairly and efficiently. Courses, Sound Baths & Events: Full course, sound bath, or special event bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, at least 2 weeks’ notice must be given to be considered for credit. If we can fill your place from a waiting list, we may offer a transfer — this cannot be guaranteed. Replacement Participant: You may nominate someone to attend in your place. Please provide their name, email, and phone number in advance so we can confirm details directly with them. Cancellations by Wild Soul If minimum numbers are not met, we may cancel or amend the event. You will be notified in advance and entitled to a full refund. Responsibility for Attendance Wild Soul is not responsible for missed transport, illness, or other external factors that prevent attendance. Disclaimer & Liability Participation is at your own risk. Wild Soul is not responsible for any injury, illness, or other misfortunes occurring during or after sessions. You are responsible for your own safety at all times. Medical Conditions Group classes are not tailored to individual medical needs. If you have a condition or injury, you must seek clearance from a medical professional before participating. By joining a class, you agree to release and hold harmless Wild Soul from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your participation.

Accessibility

Wild Soul Studio offers trauma-informed movement practices to support nervous system regulation and embodied wellbeing. These classes complement but do not replace mental health treatment or medical care. If you're experiencing acute mental health symptoms, please seek support from a qualified mental health professional.

Whilst it is our aim to make yoga as accessible to as many bodies as possible, all of our facilities are on the first floor. Unfortunately as a small business, we are not yet in a position to be able to offer wheelchair access or access to our facilities to those people with bodies unable to independently ascend/descend the stairs.
