Hatha Yoga
Traditional roots. Steady practice. Beginner friendly.
Service Description
Hatha Yoga is the roots of modern yoga. A traditional practice where movement is slow, breath-led, and intentional — with time to feel the postures from the inside, rather than rush through them. This daytime Hatha class is a steady, grounded practice designed to support strength, mobility, balance, and nervous system ease — all held in the warm, candlelit Wild Soul space. Expect a slower pace than Vinyasa, with: breath-led movement and mindful transitions longer holds to explore stability and alignment simple standing sequences and balance work hip opening and spinal release time to settle and soften through a nourishing rest (Savasana) This is not yoga as performance. Not fast fitness. Not “push through.” It’s yoga as a return to roots — to breath, body, and presence. You’ll be encouraged to honour your energy on the day: some days you’ll build heat and strength; other days the practice may feel quieter. Either way, it’s all yoga. Suitable for beginners (with options offered) and also deeply supportive for experienced students who want a more traditional, embodied practice. If you’ve been craving something slower, more soulful, and more real — this class may become your anchor.
